PCB Assembly Service

One Way PCB LTD offers assembly of Surface Mount (SMT) and Through-Hole technology. With a variety of automated equipment we currently provide assembly services to a huge range of industries and can assemble quantities ranging from a single prototype to a production run of thousands. Assembly is completed to IPC-A-610 as standard.

We will usually source and supply the components for each job. Alternatively you can free issue a kit or, if you require; we can even manage and track your own stock of components on our premises.

Conventional Assembly
One Way PCB offers you a high quality service for conventional through-hole printed circuit board assembly. Whether your product is simple or complex, prototype fast track or volume assembly, we have the skills and processes to ensure an excellent result to IPC-A-610 standards.     

Surface Mount Assembly

One Way PCB offers Surface Mount Technology PCB assembly by hand or machine, from fast track prototypes to volume. Our fully automated Pick and Place machines can handle 0201 resistors, fine pitch devices and large BGAs. We have IR and Vapour Phase reflow systems and populate all available PCB materials.

Our services start from your design and continue through Procurement, Contract Assembly, including through-hole and automated surface mount assembly, testing, box build, packaging and despatch.

Our PCB assembly services are supported by experienced technicians and the necessary equipment for product modification or repairs.
